Mississippi has become the 37th state to approve their own Seal of Biliteracy!

Following North Dakota which approved their Seal of Biliteracy award in February of 2019, Mississippi became the 37th state to approve a new Seal of Biliteracy policy on October 10, 2019. Here is the new policy.
