This session will include the voices of both mid-career and life-long EL advocates who will provide an overview of the English Learner Leadership and Legacy Initiative and highlight their experiences and lessons learned from their engagement in the movement. To connect participants to the movement and with one another, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own advocacy journeys and learn about present and future opportunities to engage in local and statewide advocacy.
