This session will guide instructional coaches and administrators in creating asset-oriented, student-responsive dual language classrooms using the Californians Together Administrator’s Toolkit for Implementing the EL Roadmap. Participants will explore tools and practices that elevate the cultural and linguistic assets of students in Dual Language programs while supporting rigorous, standards-based instruction. Emphasis will be placed on leadership moves that foster inclusive school culture, align with state guidance, and ensure language learners thrive academically and socially.
