This session will empower educators and leaders to strategically leverage LTEL data to design intentional, asset-based, system-wide supports that align with the EL Roadmap Policy’s vision. Participants will explore high-impact, research-based practices that promote linguistic and academic growth by integrating data into a Multi-Tiered System of Supports and embedding it within Local Control and Accountability Plans. Through collaborative planning, we will shift from deficit-based approaches to affirming the strengths and aspirations of LTELs, ensuring they receive the meaningful opportunities they deserve.
